The Leverage Academy was created out of Hannah Groder & Vincent Maniscalco's shared vision to provide exceptional administrative support to real estate operations professionals at all levels of production and help them focus their time and energy on systems and processes. After 5 years of substantial growth and shared success within The Leverage Department, Hannah and Vincent started developing a training program for TCs and Operations Professionals. With a proven track record in Transaction Coordination and building powerful business systems for Transaction Coordinators, The Leverage Academy is driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to helping support staff thrive in a sales-dominated industry.

Our Story
When we started growing The Leverage Department, we knew that administrative professionals—Transaction Coordinators, Virtual Assistants, Directors of Operations—were the backbone of real estate, yet they were often undervalued. We saw firsthand how skilled operations support could transform an agent’s business, but too many professionals in these roles lacked the training, resources, and respect they deserved.

Over the years, we grew The Leverage Department from a small team assisting fewer than 20 agents with a few hundred transactions per year into a powerhouse operation supporting hundreds of agents and facilitating over 1,000 closings annually. Through this journey, one truth became clear: while not every Realtor will hire a Transaction Coordinator, every Realtor benefits from well-trained operational support.
