Because this isn’t theory.
Our training is built from real-world transaction coordination at scale—supporting hundreds of agents and thousands of transactions. Everything we teach is designed to work in practice, not just in concept.
We teach the systems, structure, and execution required to manage real estate transactions from contract to close. This includes compliance, timelines, communication standards, and how to operate within a clear, repeatable process.
By the end of the program you’ll leave with a complete operational framework you can immediately implement to run your transactions and support your team at a high level.
Our training is currently rooted in Massachusetts transactions, with a strong focus on compliance and documentation. The operational structure, transaction timeline, and systems apply directly to MA transactions. In the future we will incorporate training for the other states that the Transaction Coordinators of The Leverage Department currently service including New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island.
